Terrorist Intelligence Division (TID) operating from Colombo had arrested twenty-six civilians, including young family men, in Mannaar in the month of August alone, sources from Mannaar Welfare Association said.

Complaints have been made by the Association to the relevant authorities to have the arrested civilians released, the sources said.
